2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When the site is accessed, Vercel processes technically necessary data (see server log files). This may involve a transfer to the USA, which is safeguarded by the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). The legal basis is my legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Server log files
When the site is accessed, information transmitted by your browser is automatically stored in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data serves security and technical operation and is not merged with other data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Appointment booking (Akiflow)
For booking appointments I use the external service Akiflow. If you click a booking link, you are redirected to a page operated by Akiflow; the data you enter there (e.g. name, email address, requested time) is processed by Akiflow as an independent controller. Akiflow’s privacy policy applies. The booking service is only loaded once you follow the link.
5. Contact by email
If you email me, I process your details (email address, name, message content) solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, contact norman@diltheymedia.com.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data.
